Yoga Sessions

You know what yoga is, right?

Yoga is one of the oldest forms of physical exercise meant to strengthen your posture, endurance, life systems and spiritual progress. In the ancient world, one can trace it’s origin to India but over the last 10,000 years, people all around the world have adopted it as the most authentic, powerful and sublime system of achieving perfection.

Urban Yoga has been conducting classes in our city location for the last 9 years or so and hundreds have walked through our doors to learn. The sessions are normally attended by beginners but please note the exercises are physically demanding right from the beginning. The Ashtanga inspired class on Monday evening by Radha Sanga focuses on synchronising breath and movement to develop a calm, focused mind while performing a flowing, energetic sequence of postures that will increase strength, stamina and flexibility.

Monday : by Radha Sanga
In her practise and teaching since 2004 she has explored Astanga, Vinyasa, Iyengar,  Kundalini and Anusara Yoga teachings. In this energizing class you will strengthen your core, open your hips and
activate your heart to open to higher self. She is also a dedicated bhakti yoga practioner.

Thursday 6pm : by Gaura Mantra
Our Vinyasa classes are a combination of high energy flow and sustained deep stretch. Movement connected with the rhythm of your breath forms a flowing sequence that allows health, strength, stability and flexibility to flourish in both your body and mind.
