Yoga and Spirituality Retreat

We have a wonderful program coming up which I wanted to inform you about.
It would be nice to have your company.
We will have a ‘Yoga and Spirituality’ with famous world travelling monk Prahladananda Swami.
The retreat is an opportunity to escape the city and be surrounded in the natural beauty of the Otway Ranges. The peaceful, relaxing setting gives you the chance to completely immerse yourself in your yoga practice and return home refreshed and invigorated.
The retreat will be held at Krishna Valley amidst 250 acres of farm and bushland in the Otway Ranges. The living facilities and yoga space is situated at the top of low hills surrounded by dense bush and green pastures, perfect for transformation and rejuvenation.

What is special about this retreat…?
The special guest and conducter will be Prahladananda Swami, an authority and practitioner of, Bhakti Yoga and Spirituality for the past 4 decades. Prahladananda Swami is a certified BKS lyengar teacher.
Prahladananda Swami will be presenting during the retreat seminar on the relationship between ayurveda and yoga as well as yoga and bhakti.
His Holiness Prahladananda Swami began his training in Ayurveda in 1987 in India under Dr. Liladhar Gupta and Dr. Sri Krishna Caitanya. In addition to giving instruction on Ayurveda, Jyotish astrology, and lyengar yoga.
Over the past eighteen years his travels have brought him around the globe, where he has had the opportunity to teach classes on Yoga, Vedic health and science to audiences in Autralia, New Zealand, Hong Kong, Belgium, Spain and Peru (to name just a few locations).

6:30 to 7:30 pm: Arrival
7:30 to 8:00 pm: Welcome Dinner
8:00 to 8:30 pm: Mantra meditation and Kirtan
Saturday January 29
7:00 to 8:00 am: Yoga class
8:30 to 9:00 am: Breakfast
9:15 to 10:30 am: First Morning Session
10:30 to 11:00 am: Break
11:00 to 12:30 pm: Second session Yoga class
1:00 to 2:00 pm: Fresh and Nutritious Vegetarian Lunch
3:00 to 4:00 pm: Afternoon Session
4:00 to 6:00 am: Trip to Great Ocean Road
6:00 to 7:00 pm: Mantra Meditation
7:00 to 7:30 pm: Delicious Dinner
7:40 pm to late: Movie
Sunday January 30
7:00 to 8:00 am: Yoga class
8:30 to 9:00 am: Breakfast
9:15 to 10:30 am: First Morning Session
10:30 to 11:00 am: Tea Break
11:00 to 12:30 pm: Second Morning Session
1:00 to 2:00 pm: Lunch
2:00 to 3:00 pm: Clean up, pack up and tearful goodbyes.
