Dear Urban Yogis

Please note the changes to the Urban Yoga schedule in December:

Yoga class only on  Thursday with Tri Yuga And Krsna fest on Saturday will run as usual.

Our programmes will run till Saturday 17th December 2011. We will resume with the normal Urban Yoga Programmes on Saturday 7th January 2011. Have a wonderful holiday season and please come back for some more fun, health and wellbeing with the Urban Yoga crew.
