It was great!
Well, i now can understand what happens to us when we get upset and frustrated. We started off the night with some tips from Adam Sandler and Anger management. It was a fun way to start the evening but we moved onto more serious things. What followed was a documentary made in the US about teens and their anger and frustration issues. How difficult it is to deal with our negative emotions, feelings and everyday pressures from our own mind, family, friends and the classic: society.
Hearing about this negative emotion and how to channel it was such a great relief. It is good to cut off anger in its budding stage and realise what the real issue is, or should i say the root cause: selfsish motives that can never get satisfied leading to frustration and coming out externally as anger. So by the end of the night we figured out how to positively control our mind and our emotions so that they do not go and meet someones eyes, heart or body through physical or verbal abuse.
The night ended with lively Chanting and Dancing. Followed by mouth watering Asian style noodles, salad, soup and triflle. It is just the beggining.Stay tuned for more.
